As per international law : YES, if they're non combatants.

Killed, maybe. Murdered, no.

That difference.

Please answer:

Again, when does the right for self defense start for non combatant Palestinians living in Gaza that didn't participate in the 7th of October attacks in Israel?

With other words : when can a non combatant (on 7/10/2023) become a combatant as self defense against IDF/IAF after being under siege, blockade, bombings and/or ground invasion of IDF as per international or domestic law?

I've asked a question and you just send it back???

Here's another clue, a Hamas terrorist does not need to wear a uniform. They can still be a Hamas terrorist in civilian clothes

Welcome back Mr. Mojo !

Yes, there are rumors/plans to take in some Palestinians overseas so that we can't define these bombings as a genocide followed by an exodus in the future history books.

Israeli's (settlers) are already protesting or promoting with banners to get back the Kibbutzim that they left 15 years ago in Gaza : there will be land available again soon.

All this might be seen as "pure coincidence"...

As far as I'm aware, there wasn't a single kibbutz among the settlements evacuated by Israel. Most settlements were populated by people with similar demographics to the settlers in the West Bank (maybe somewhat less extreme, back then).

Rumors claimed by you are of no value, not without some semblance of support.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza is controlled by Hamas.

1. Did civilians get warnings in any wars before being bombed by aggressors. ?

2. Did Israel give warnings to Gaza folk to get out of town before their pinpoint bombing...?

Someone needs to explain to Thorgal what happens in a war when the Enemy is hiding in Populated areas. He clearly does not understand what will happen to civilians used as human shields. I will give him a pointer The London Blitz, Coventry, Hamburg, Dresden, and Berlin. What is the common Denominator Thorgal.

They were bombed during a proper war, WW2, not this little skirmish between a few thousand Terrorists and the 18th largest military force in the world, which could have been easily avoided if they hadn't of acted like an apartheid state since 2006, when the then Israeli backed Hamas took over Gaza.

Irrelevant: Even if Israel is the 18th largest military force in the world, what tiny fraction is it using in Gaza?

Two days later, in an unusual move this early in a conflict and seemingly in response to Biden’s remarks, Gaza’s Ministry of Health released a listcontaining the names and identity numbers of the nearly 7,000 people it says have died in the conflict so far.

Historically, the Gaza Health Ministry’s figures have been found largely accurate. News organizations, human rights groups, and international governments and bodies (including the United Nations) cite them in the moment; and human rights groups that have worked to verify the ministry’s data in previous conflicts have found it generally reliable.

How was the list verified? Who did the verification? How many Hamas men were included in it?

I've no idea, wasn't part of the original question.

What? So why mention they are the 18th largest military force in the world when it makes absolutely no difference. All military experts have already stated clearly fighting in densely populated urban areas and moving underground could strip the Israeli military of some of its technological advantages while giving an edge to Hamas both above and below ground.

Israel declared the war on Palestinians in Gaza based on the combatant Hamas and combatant Palestinian civilians attacks done on 7th of October 2023.

Combatant on 7th of October = killing , taking hostages, destruction, any violence , rapings, stealings, helping, transportation...any direct and indirect involvement in the coordinated attack.

Non combatant on 7th of October = no participation at ALL in the coordinated attacks from Hamas

Again, when does the right for self defense start for non combatant Palestinians living in Gaza that didn't participate in the 7th of October attacks in Israel? When can a non combatant (on 7/10/2023) become a combatant as self defense after under siege, blockade, bombings and/or ground invasion of IDF as per international or domestic law?

Thanks for your reply anyways.

Israel declared war on Hamas, not on all the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

Not all Hamas 'combatants' crossed over. Plenty handled the rocket launchers, mortars and so on.

A whole mob of non-Hamas Gazans crossed over and partook in the looting, killing and destruction.

Crowds in Gaza attacked and molested Israelis brought in over the border.

All of your pseudo-legal mumbo jumbo has no bearing on anything, and very little credibility, if that.

GAZA, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Gaza is becoming a "graveyard for children", U.N. Secretary General Antonio Guterres said on Monday

Oh, it's 'save the kids' again. Go post on the Hamas website, ask them to let them in the tunnels.

Let’s not completely ignore the fact that Israel has had the power and initiative for decades now, and this is the result. Hamas is crazy, but the conditions that created Hamas were created by Israel.

Let's not completely ignore that you try this deflection every X posts.

Takes two to tango, Palestinians weren't very proactive, constructive and so on. Still aren't.

I don't understand why it's usual to call some Palestinian citizens from Gaza  "terrorist" while they were non combatant on the 7th of October, but became combatant as self defense per international law under siege, bombings, displacement, blockade and threat of ground offensive?

The self defense as civilian (no uniform needed) can be applicated because Israel's response is out of proportion and constant threat and not aimed for military targets.

Some "terrorist" tunnels before, can be used now as completely legal "self defense" tunnels.

Yet another dishonest post. Yet another straw man argument.

As for them tunnels, don't see them used for defending the Gazans much.

Israel bombed all Gaza surface. Israel didn't bombed only Hamas. the bombings are a collective punishment.

This was explained multiple times that Gaza civilians participated in the looting, killing, etc..

I understood that Israel works with a target list to bomb in Gaza.

How many killers, looters, have been killed already from the 10.300 Gaza fatalities?

OK, this means guessing.

He has been warned many times about posting sites from unknown sources yet carries on how many warnings does he want.
