Cheap lamp for vegetative growth ?

Hi, i need a small cheap lamp for the vegetative growth only. Could you advice me a model please ? I saw some at Lazada or Shopee, but i'm not sure if it works fine.

If you're only going for vegetative growth, you can use plain old fluorescent tube fixtures with a combination of cool white and warm white bulbs. Did it for years back home before moving them outside. Hang them from chains and you can adjust the height

Hardly need grow lights here.

It grows like a weed & I live in the cooler area.
