This 'discussion' is taking place following the wanton killings of Israeli civilians by Hamas.

Try to look at the big picture.

I accept Israel in the 1949 borders. However, apartheid in Israel should end.

The smaller Gaza becomes, the more difficult it becomes to support a growing population.

The problem in the Israeli government is that Netanyahu depends on the loons to stay in power. Just as in the US, the fringe can steer policy in their direction.

Hamas doesn't accept any Israel and never will.

Try to realize how earth shaking the pogrom was and how it means things have changed forever.

The Hamas does not accept that, though. The 'apartheid' bit is expected, not into your off topic bates. As usual with some posters, no expectations whatsoever from the Palestinians.

The problem with the Israeli government is Netanyahu. Hopefully, the aftermath will also spell the end of his political career.

Try not to derail the topic, or at the very least offer a more balanced take.

Massacres have consequences.

LIke Deir Yassin? The King David Hotel?

One of the murderers went on to be Israel's Prime Minister. That kind of 'consequence'?

It's always the innocents, on both sides, who suffer. The bad guys become leaders.

Arafat became the Palestinian leader. Palestinian carried many terrorist and massacres since as well. Some of the current Fatah leadership are old-school (former) terrorists. Hamas leadership is terrorist. Do you have an actual point other than keep bringing the same pointless anecdotes over and over again?

Apartheid in Israel cannot end , thatis because it doesn't exist

So then why did Jimmy Carter author a book in 2006 called 'Palestine - Peace Not Apartheid'?

There is zero chance you read that book so you want us to discuss a book based only on its title.
