As smoke quickly filled the vehicle, he managed to escape just in time, bewildered about the cause of the fire. Preliminary investigations suspect the car's age and a potential fault in the engine system. Seems to me that the fire's cause is likely to be ascertained and the "divine protection" a complete figment of the imagination.
