Upgrade Main breaker box
What happens if there is a fault with the incoming neutral, the ground at some pole outside?, I feel like in that situation your ground in your home becomes the new village ground/neutral. I'm certainly no expert but that is my first impression. Seems complicated to me. PEA reversed my neutral and Live at the meter a few years back, by accident I suppose, but that would really complicate the above diagram i think. -

Thai Senate Approves Landmark Change to Child Discipline Law
Is Shopee going to stop selling canes for the express purpose of flogging small children? https://shopee.co.th/product/135174251/4881545040?gads_t_sig=VTJGc2RHVmtYMTlxTFVSVVRrdENkVzBLS2xuUGZzMlQ5NjlFWklmRkZjVFBSbU5TZUJMVTY2b2czYmhDaHBRM3l4Qm4xb0tXTHlWMFAxaXhvWnlkV29RZVdZOUJQUWo0NVlPbi9taGpPbUhuUVRZbGtxSW9XSTltWDFzaDIxbGw -

Thai Senate Approves Landmark Change to Child Discipline Law
Teachers unions in the UK came up with similar arguments in the 70s and 80s trying to resist the abolition of corporal punishment in schools. My experience of corporal punishment at school was that it was at best dished out in a totally arbitrary and unfair manner and, at worst (and this was sadly only too common) was administered purely for the perverse sexual pleasure of teachers and prefects doing the beatings. Floggings at home and at school did nothing to encourage better behaviour but instilled a deep hatred and resentment for the beaters and a disrespect for authority which proved itself irresponsible. -

Please, please help me to understand
This is important. Most people in your situation have already been taxed. They will need to file the paperwork to show that, but they will owe little or no tax here in Thailand. In my case, I get 190,000 THB for being old. I get up to 100,000 THB as "expenses" computed against 50% of the income. And finally the 60,000 THB allowance everyone gets. In total, a deduction of 350,000 THB - in other words, I would need to report more than that to even begin to owe tax. Then I get to deduct the already paid taxes mentioned above. As @FritsSikkink mentioned, you are exposing yourself to a potential fine. How would they enforce it? If they get sophisticated enough the revenue department will inform immigration of people not paying their taxes. As @KhunLA pointed out, the banks will be reporting the cash flows. So, when you go to renew the extension.... -

Buying gold
If I remember correctly, the last time I was in a shop, the bullion spread was 200 baht, and the ornamental 600. -
