Yeah I hear anecdotally that many older farang don't use condoms or use PrEP, they won't admit it on here though, they also don't get tested.   I use PrEP plus recently started doxy PEP, get

This has just been posted on Facebook, good current story, farang with AIDS, didn't know, probably didn't bother getting tested, stuck in private hospital no money to cover it etc etc   http

  • Whilst the stats make it seem highly unlikely, what matters the most - and you could never know - is how high the viral load is at time of 'meeting'   If the person was recently infected / untr

The Thais didn't call condoms Mechais for nothing. It's not just my experience.

Anyway, what has been studied scientifically? Please explain. It helps to quote what one is referring to.

You made multiple posts - I ain't gonna quote them all -  in which your claims range from "regular women are just as risky as street hookers" and "I've never seen a female street hooker, so unless my glasses weren't working that means they don't exist."

Western people often make the mistake of thinking that living is worth any sacrifice, but it's not.

Interesting,  may I ask what kind of cancer and why the cure was worse than death?

Genuine question.

I am not suggesting it; it has been proven by the studies in Thailand as well as in the West.

And in the Thai study, they included bar girls and other freelancers (e.g. online sites) in the same group as street walkers.

This group of "non venue based CSWs" were found to have a much higher prevalence than venue based CSWs.

I'm just relaying the facts. Don't shoot the messenger.

As I've said before I'm talking specifically about Pattaya and beach road, not generally about other places, whats your experience?

I don't have experience with Pattaya or street hookers; I'm just quoting data.

Don't believe the data, it's all manipulated to control your behaviour.

The western world is run by controlling a normal man's access to sex.

If anything, the data shows unprotected sex to be far less risky than what people would generally imagine, lol.

Nonetheless, it does give good insights into who is riskier than whom.

that's a deep conspiracy man.

I never nursed AIDs patients so i can't answer that any better than google.

https://hivinfo.nih.gov/understanding-hiv/fact-sheets/hiv-medicines-and-side-effects

HIV medicines help people with HIV live longer, healthier lives. HIV medicines also reduce the risk of HIV transmission. But HIV medicines can sometimes cause side effects. Most side effects from HIV medicines are manageable, but a few can be serious.

Genuine question.

Prostate, Radical prostatectomy. Look up side effects, tick many of the boxes. Not going into specifics other than impotence, but enough to make life difficult.

I loved sex, but that was long ago thanks to having my life saved by being mutilated.

Post operative problems are less now, thanks to better treatments, but I had cancer too long ago to benefit.

I do not believe I ever used the term "street hooker". I've used street walker and hooker, but separately.

I haven't seen street walkers in Thailand, but i did in London, and I'm sure they are as risky as some slapper down the pub up for a bit of the other behind a dumpster.

These days when it's probably hard to find a 14 year old virgin, I'd treat any stranger female as a potential STD carrier.
