Cheapest Calls Uk To Thailand?

Featured Replies

2p per minute from UK to a Thai landline.

15p per minute from UK to a Thai mobile.

Can anyone beat that?

find them at www.call18866.co.uk

I tried it and it works. Just waiting for the bill now!

Can't find anything cheaper than 2ppm from 18866 but if u call 0844 566 0 566 it says 5ppm to Thai mobiles, check out www.telestunt.co.uk

I have heard about SKYPE; almost free from pc to ordinary telephone in all countries. No charge if SKYPE to SKYPE.

Anybody knows, if some sort of broad -band is needed for SKYPE ? (I only have dial up connection and live in a place, which will probably not have ADSL within the next 200 years).

I tend to use 0871 606 0141 (6 pence/min to bangkok landline) and

0871 990 0141 (10 pence/min Mobile)

from www.calls.siamcentral.com

... because they seem to have much clearer lines than the ridiculously cheap numbers... and the ones above are cheap anyways!

I use 0871 - 5707271 to Bangkok and for mobiles and outside BKK use 0905 -2578314. Cheap, with good quick connection and clear lines unlike so many others that I have tried.

the calls from the UK seem pretty expensive !

I pay € 0.025/ minute from Sweden.

Thats less than half of the skype break-out .

I recently used http://www.telesavers.co.uk after seeing it mentioned on another message forum.

UK to Thailand (landline and mobile): 1p /min.

Quality not brilliant, but acceptable.

Am waiting for the bill now to see if there are any 'extra' charges and it really is this cheap.
