Chonburi — A 53-year-old man was arrested after threatening his wife and child with a gun in the Khao Mai Kaeo area of Chonburi province.

The incident occurred at around 7:00 PM on December 3rd at a rental room in the Ban Phu Sai Village, Khao Mai Kaeo sub-district, Banglamung district, Chonburi province. The victim, Ms. A, 43, told police that her husband, Mr. Weeraphon, 53, last names of both withheld to protect the victim, had been drinking alcohol earlier in the day and had become intoxicated. He then started an argument with Ms. A, and allegedly locked their 1-year-old son in a room.

The child began crying loudly, and Mr. Weeraphon retrieved a gun and threatened to shoot him.

I know several Thai males.   None of them are like that one in the news story!  Even the ones who own firearms don't act like the guy in the news story.

Tough Guy!

Who is the pregnant dude with the Sheriff's badge on his jacket?

That should be 2 years mandatory sentence, plus no doubt an illegal gun charge of 2 yrs. None of this, I admit it rubbish, and get a 50% reduction.

This is what happens when guns are easily available to morons.
