President Joe Biden has said there's 'no question' Donald Trump engaged in an 'insurrection' on January 6 as he sided with the Colorado Supreme Court justices who disqualified him from the 2024 ballot.

In his first public comments since the staggering ruling, Biden said it is now up to the Supreme Court to decide if Trump violated the 14th Amendment and should be barred from holding public office.

The president responded as outraged Republicans across the country vowed to kick him off their ballots as revenge for the unprecedented decision and strategists suggested it would boost Trump's chances in 2024.

 

The 4-3 decision from Democratic-appointed justices was that Trump engaged in an insurrection on January 6 and disqualified himself from running for public office.

It is the first time in history that the insurrection clause has been used to prevent a presidential candidate from appearing on a state's presidential ballot.

Biden, who beat Trump by 13 points in Colorado in 2020, avoided getting into the legal details of the case when he walked over to the press on his trip to the battleground state of Wisconsin on Wednesday.

A recent DailyMail.com poll showed Biden is ahead of Trump by five points in the swing state that will be crucial in crowning the general election winner next November.

Point of order on Fox. They have to pay Dominion a whopping sum of nearly USD$800 to avert a trial that will exposed Fox for promoting lies. OAN has to settle a defamation suit for false accusation of rigging the 2020 election. Newsmax still has a pending USD$1.6 B defamation suit for lying about the election. You really have to re-consider your viewing media.

I don't actually believe it's going to be over.  Dominion machines were just kicked out of one country and others are beginning to realize how easy it is to feed them lies when they're connected to the internet.  So, I don't think this issue is over.  It's just that getting the evidence is almost impossible.  Kinda like finding Jimmie Hoffa. Maybe he's not dead.  Who really killed JFK?  Jury still out on that.  Was 9/11 false flag?  Well, the FBI building fell down on itself without getting hit.  It's a crooked world we live in.  Trump kicked off Colorado ballot?  He'll be back on.  That's what you get with activist liberal judges and politicians.  Lawyers are just liars and the best become judges.

Obviously Breitbart forgot to tell you that Giuliani had the laptop content one year before elections, and refused to handle it to the so-called MSM. He only gave it to the NYPost. Do you actually have any evidence, links etc that backs up your rants.

 

As an example in your post you allege that all lawyers are liars. Can you tell us all how many lawyers you have personally interviewed, and how you proved them to be liars? The same for the judges?

 

Which country were the Dominion voting machines pulled from and the full legal reasons why?

Reading your posting remind me of Alex Garland’s film Civil War. He asked the question “ what kind of American are you” The future is bleak for USA. Trump has done extensive damage to the civility and unity among Americans. Election victory either way will not heal the deep chasm. Trump is in this fight for himself and regrettably people like you can’t see through his facade.

Officially, Trump’s height and weight would correlate to a BMI of 30.1, just a bit over the 30.0 level to be considered obese — the lowest of three levels. That is not high enough to count as Class 3 obesity.

Personally the lawyers I've unfortunately known were rubbish at their job, though I know not if they lied as well.
