Two blokes are walking their dogs. One has a labrador the other a jack russel. One suggests going for a pint but is worried they wont get in the pub with the dogs His mate suggests a pub nearby that lets guide dogs in, so they decide to try it by pretending to be blind. The one with the labrador goes in and orders a pint. The barman says, sorry mate, no dogs allowed unless they are guide dogs. The man says but I’m blind. The barman apologises and gives him a pint. The second one walks in with his jack russell and the barman says, sorry mate, no dogs allowed only guide dogs. He says but I am blind. The barman says, I’m not being funny mate but guide dogs are usually labradors. The second man replies, “Why, what have I got?” -

Remit vs. Credit card payment (under new tax rules)
All of the info I see for the equivalent situation in the U.K. says that it’s classed as remittance just as a point of interest. So that is enjoying goods or services in the U.K. paid for with credit and pay the debt with world wide income. That makes me pretty uncomfortable with this supposed magic bullet. -

Big bills are lighter 😉 to carry in suitcase.... In and out. USD is The King wordwide. A few years ago I got better rate for $ than Euro in Dalat, Vietnam! Nobody wanted Euros despite it was stronger than USD. Last year they accepted and Euro rate was stronger, as in Thailand. -

Big bike forced off road by car on Bangkok highway - video
I don’t agree, the law describes where you can overtake and it’s almost always the right lane, it can be the left lane under specific circumstances. You are breaking the RTA by passing in the middle because you’re not following the law. I accept you can ride lane splitting, but you must not pass any vehicle if there is traffic behind you. -

As someone that’s been riding for 50+ years and is also a licensed pilot, the issue with most people is they have no Situational Awareness! I blame this on their lack of drivers education and how simple it is for those with licenses to get them. I see this not only with Thai drivers but also with foreigners, expats, and tourists. Growing up in California where lane splitting is legal, there’s a right way and wrong way to do it and this was definitely not the right way. I'm glad the rider is ok, but both drivers are at blame in this one. -
