Just an idea but could we have a bonus or Joker week? For instance predict the FA Cup 1st round proper (when the prem are involved). It could be fun predicting the likes of say Rochdale thrashing Man Utd

What do you guys think? And of course Jockstar who will have the extra work?

I think I remember Jockstar suggesting having a " winner of the month " segment throughout the year so's to keep the lads who are fighting relegation or just playing for a uefa cup place intrested , it sounded like a good idea .

You know me JS , I wouldnt want to give you any extra work mate , if you could do it though I reckon it will keep the prediction thread a little more fresh .

I also liked Mr b 's idea .

I'll think about something. The comp has only being going about a month and a half. So no need to spice up just yet.IMHO As its been up and down for some recently and things can change by the week. But maybe in a few months? There will be a XMas/New Year award to the leader. I've already spoke to George and he has said the half way winner can have a prize. Also the winner of the total comp come the end of the season. As for giving me extra work? Mate, you dont know the half of it at the moment and i dont mean this comp. My normal work is crazy busy. But then again i have just been given a pay rise. So i shouldnt really complain. Hope you enjoy you month off in October mate.

BTW the suggestions have been noted. I could also pick some CL games or something for people to predict on. But as i said. We'll wait a couple of months and look at it again. I could put these into the prediction sheets.

JS, red, i'm not really on about trying to spice it up, as i like it. But when the FA cup proper starts, we wouldn't be predicting that week as all premiership teams will be involved. So i was thinking of using it to keep the momentum going and it would be good predicting scores for small vs big teams.

Not for me , looks like I'll be getting my average 20 again , but if I keep this up I'm sure I will do ok.....
