Since pre-pandemic: Have you, yet, returned to your barber?

Folks:

 

As of today, I have not yet got up the gumption to return to my barber, ever since the pandemic reared its ugly head of hair.

 

Have you?

 

There has clearly been a great divide between pre-pandemic, pandemic, and post-pandemic times.

 

For one thing, I never really understood just how unimportant a barber might be, in the grand scheme of things.

 

And so, now that I have come to understand this important truth, I will never return to have my hair cut by someone in a hair salon.

 

Therefore, the question begs.....

 

Other than the decision to never return to a hair salon to have one's hair trimmed by a barber....

 

Then, what other unimportant things have you decided to forgo, besides the barber experience?

 

For me, there are many things that I once did before the pandemic, the things which I would not even think of doing now.

 

What about you?

 

How has the pandemic experience changed your habits and social behavior for the better?

 

Think about it.

Yes, I go out to get my hair cut. Just found a new place near the gay area on Silom that made me look fabulous darling, so I'll definitely be going back there again.

The "pandemic", has changed nothing in my life.

Once they announced that they all had to close down I bought a shaver from Lazada there was no way I could go months without an hair cut, My wife does it for me and still does but I might have to buy a new shaver soon it's not holding it's charge, 

 

The other thing is I stopped going to the bar every day, Bad habit, I still have a drink at home but only one bottle, not 6 bottles,

My wife likes I spend more time with her and we go out once or twice a week for something to eat, find some new places to go, have a few beers and my wife drives so everybody happy,

I have not, as I'm usually just sitting  on a park bench away from people (ELGWBI)  

 

 

Booster shot #8, masked up & social distancing, all recommended by the AN paranoid health experts, and thankfully has kept me alive... IMHO

 

Occasionally I sit curbside, if park benches are full of fellow social distancing folks.    I figure sucking in diesel exhaust will kill any of the virus that has made it past my mask.   EVs will be the ruin of mankind, no exhaust to kill the viruses we breathe in ... IMHO
