You're correct. I was confused. I found this while fact checking

June 26 — At a rally in Ohio, his first since leaving office, Trump boasts that Biden can’t stop the process he started to remove troops from Afghanistan, and acknowledges the Afghan government won’t last once U.S. troops leave.

“I started the process,” Trump says. “All the troops are coming back home. They [the Biden administration] couldn’t stop the process.

Boasting of Biden being unable to stop the process while acknowledging that the govt would fall sure smacks of appeasement to Putin to me. Like all of Trump's foreign policy.

So now you believe Trump? Or just when it suits you?

The timeline makes no difference. Trumps surrender in Afghanistan handed the farm back to the terrorist Taliban and appeased Putin by doing so. Had he not done so we'd have a military base on Iran's doorstep right now. And millions of Afghan women would get an education.

All those servicemen died in vain defending Afghanistan. What did the US gain militarily by withdrawing?

He's been clear about it since 2014

"Within weeks, Trump praised Putin for how he handled the takeover of Crimea and predicted that "the rest of Ukraine will fall ... fairly quickly." Echoing Kremlin propaganda, Trump said in a TV interview that the Crimean people "would rather be with Russia," a position he also pushed in private. One of his 2016 campaign aides falsely claimed that "Russia did not seize Crimea."

To say the man is deluded would be an understatement. His basic lack of understanding of world geopolitics is scary. And he adores despots and dictators. He is a very dangerous man.

The Diaper Wearer is currently bumping along the ceiling of his polling -with no attempts to broaden his appeal and nothing but bad, bad, and worse news in front of him.

The madness balloon will soon be deflating. Again. Looks like Weekend at Bernie's is going to snooze to victory -again. I'll be there to help ThaiBeachLover through that difficult day.

Went down a Youtube thing of looking at Kennedy Center Awards shows. Loved Steven Tyler doing Abby Road. 'Wondered about the Trump years shows.

There weren't any. No joy, no classiness, no art, no reaching out, no nothing.

It's all about him. And sending him twenty bucks. TrumpTrash cucks, I know you're holding out him. Pay him today.

Has any of the TrumpTrash here even sent him a single dollar? I expect tomb-like silence to this question.

Great post. A fun read. I agree that Trump only brings sadness and a lack of hope to the world. A reflection of his own misery and miserly self.

Trump really does live in your head, doesn't he. I think much the same about your hero, Biden, but I don't need to use infantile descriptions about him. It's like something kindy kids would write.

Carry on.

You do not need to use "infantile" descriptions regarding Biden as he is NOT infantile but with Trump you have to as Trump and the vast majority of his supporters/followers are very infantile and as such it is the only language that they could possibly understand, if at all!

Bizarre anyone would use a phrase like that. Definitely deplorable.

Worn as a badge of honor!

No more a deplorable quote as “You’re not black if you don’t vote for me” or better yet hands pounding the desk screaming “What difference does it make”.

Your doubting is justified.

Surrendered Afghanistan ?  About 20 years too late. Had the army rangers got Osama bin laden instead of contracting the task to the locals. Then let them have their 12th century country. Could have a military base and Afghan women getting an education????. And when does the good fairy arrive.?? So it was a waste of about a trillion not accomplishing that in 20 years but because Trump bailed that 20 years is his fault??? Unbelievable,! And Trump is going  to pull the plug on that Ukraine - now not in 20 years

Not sure the innocent civilians in Ukraine want us to pull the plug

Biden was at least as keen as Trump to get out. Do you think he wanted to keep Putin happy too?

How many GI's died in Afghanistan last year?

Biden's calculus was that the American people wanted out. If that was the criteria, America would never engage in any war overseas. Did Americans want to invade Afghanistan in the first place? Osama Bin Laden wasn't Afghani and nor was he killed in Afghanistan. Did Americans want to invade Iraq?  GW Bush Cheney and Rumsfeld did because "he tried to kill my daddy" and told lies to justify it.

How many Americans died in Ukraine last year? Do most Americans want Russia defeated? (The answer is yes). Is it better that Ukrainians fight Russia now or that Europe fight them later, assuming Trump wins?

Not to the point that they won't defend against an invasion by a dictator who commits war crimes.

Nothing to do with the US. War crimes happen in Africa a lot.

The US is part of NATO and the threat of Russian expansionism into NATO countries and aspiring NATO countries is very real. The US national interest is served by preventing Russia from invasion of peaceful countries and expansionism by force.

When is America going to learn?

Most people abhor that a fascist dictator should be allowed to pursue expansionism by military force. By your logic, WW2 in Europe was nothing to do with the US either. Nor was Milosovitch's slaughter of Bosnians In Saraevo (sp).

Perfect. You veer from not answering the question at all to then going completely off topic.
