Now I would expect she is a cadet, being a member of the Republican party but her rebuttal is beyond weird. I assume she had a team writing, coaching her response, & how to deliver it,  but gawd!  Here I thought you could not sink lower than Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville. I was wrong, so wrong.
