Building plans for L-shaped pool villa

Featured Replies

Looking at have a pool villa built.

Anyone know a good builder who builds these types of houses.

Currently living in a 2 storey house which is so cool downstairs that makes me want to have a 2 storey house to keep it cooler .

Would love to see plans of different styles

This would be ok but was the first one i saw on a google search.

Where is this to be built?

Most builders would say that that can build it but look at examples of previous work.

Hi going to build North of Ayutthaya

Just a sample really open to any builders that have built similar as the inside can be changed around to suit.

Sorry. Cannot help you in that neck of the woods.

Good luck though.

Any pool villa plans would be good just for ideas

Unlikely that'll turn out like the plans if a small local builder, they won't have the experience in that house type.

Proceed with caution, your dream home might not end up as you hoped.

This is my point, builders with experience of similar types of house you'd like in rural thailand will be hard to find.

Is there other homes that look like the one you want in that area you plan to build?

Not seen any but most websites that build homes will build nationwide ,

Just not even found any that are how we would like it.

Might have to have a trip to Hua hin as plenty of suitable pool villas there.

I am sure they will be able to help

It's not exactly rural only 5 minutes from the centre.

Luckily not what I am after but if its possible anywhere else in Thailand then for a price I would disagree.

Anything is possible at a price.

nice layout ...I would consider to extend the pool to at least 10m if possible - if you really intend to swim?

Get a static swim tether. Cheaper and more practical than adding 10 m to an already expensive, water-filled hole in the yard.
