Grab food sucks in Thailand

Featured Replies

Grab food is a total rip-off.

Just went to a place that I ordered from via Grab last time I was here.

20THB difference between the shop and Grab...

What....?

That app is essentially like Agoda.

They are giving you discounts after discounts on inflated prices.

You end up pay 25% more even though you got a 50% discount thanks to your premium deluxe unlimited special Grab subscription 😄😄

Pffff... Garbage.

They just lost a customer.

It adds up quickly. At some point I wasn't eating out anymore. Grab everyday. 40THB per day x 30 = 1200THB

All of these online delivery companies should be banned. They add to traffic, pollution, global warming, and keep people from getting up off their lazy asses and walking to the store.

No. Delivery fees are added on top of that when you order with Grab.

But that's fair.

Complaining about bureaucracy and rotten business practices has nothing to do with hating or loving the country and its people.

So rather than one bike delivering let us say 5 meals in a 5 km route, totalling 5 out and 5 back = 10km you would prefer 5 cars each travelling 10KM = 50KM?

Assuming the store is within walking distance!

Very misleading topic headline!

How can "GRAB FOOD SUCKS" when they don't make it?

They only deliver!

I suggest you complain to the restaurant/outlet who provide the food not the delivery platform!

I see you edited your message.

You're right.

First version of it was pretty damned stupid.

Yeah I know 😄

I don't really mind eating my food half cold.

Never did.

But it's a fact, delivered food is kinda cold most of the time.

Most people don't like it.

Nope. I'm constantly on the move and staying in hotels.

But that's ok.

As I said I can eat food that is half cold.

No problem.
