120+ day stay possible?

Featured Replies

I plan to apply for 60day visa from embassy (UK)and then a further 30 day extension when in Thailand making 90,  which I've done in the past with no problem....my question...is it possible to extend again making a total of 120 days or even more?  Thank folks..

No.

However you could do a border bounce and reenter visa exempt with option of 30 day extension

So I could maybe do a few days in Cambodia and return to Thailand on day 89, then have a further 30 days? Is that correct?

No.

As soon as exit Thailand your current permission of stay ends.

Yes leave it till almost expired.

You don't even need to stay few days.

You can reenter straight away.

Where are you located in Thailand as that determines best border bounce.

Also which passport

I just did a 60 day tourist visa + 30 day extension + same day Cambodia border van run for a 30 day visa exempt = 120 days. Could have easily done another 30 day extension at local immigration to make 150 days

Perfect.

@Pattaya57 posted above his border bounce recently and impressive tour company.

He can direct you to that thread.

Thinking having agent border run is best option.

From memory 3700baht.

Edit: @pinkbob found border bounce thread from Pattaya to Cambodia.

How late did you leave it until your border run, meaning which day 88.89, 90? Who did you use, do you recommend? thnx

His thread has link above in my post

Sorry I missed it, thank you

Why not get a multi entry Tourist Visa. 60 days on entry, short break elsewhere I would recommend Laos much nicer people. 60 days on re entry. You can do as many times as you like during the validation of the Visa. Not taking your live in your hands with licensless driver probably been up all night on the booze
