The Swiss mans properties.....someone wants them....

Of course, someone will see the opportunity and want to take advantage and seize his successful elephant "sanctuary". He had an article written about him a few years ago where he already was hated by and got a lot of heat from the locals for trying to start his sanctuary and was only able to do it with the help of a Thai army major with connections. Even more of a reason why he shouldn't have been stupid and given them the opportunity.

He made the mistake of not knowing the bird was of a respected profession, a Doctor, he had a vision of a bird stacking shelves in Tesco.

Now his mistake is causing him daily bum burps which the assaulted lady could write a prescription for......🤭

The bloke doesn't even like ambulance drivers, perhaps below him, eh.....:whistling:

At least he has learned that those smartphones are everywhere, he won't be picking his nose in public again after this..........🤗

You seem to take a lot of glee in others' misfortune.

Real justice has already been lost ever since she escalated it, as it resulted in blacklist before it even came to court.

Where was the official report published stating that "he has been blacklisted"?   Even if he had been blacklisted (he hasn't been) appearing in court is irrelevant when it comes to Immigration transgressions, they are not decided in court.

Do you think he is actually bright enough to have learned anything and will anything stop d!cks like him from picking their noses to try and find out if they actually have a brain cell or two?

Did you do ever anything illegal in Thailand, maybe pay a girl for a service or so?

It is not illegal to pay a girl for service in Thailand.

The case is still under process and no official charges have been issued against any parties. It has garnered significant attention from Thai people and had a significant impact on a foreign community in Phuket on the back of Fehr’s assault.

So much ado for nothing.
The Swiss guy has MONEY and the case will never reach the courts.
Just like every known case in Thailand (Joe Ferrari, Red bukk scion, etc.)
if this doctor has a little bit of working grey matter in her head, she better would accept the money and drop the case.

You can't "settle" a criminal case with money. From what it seems she is pressing criminal charges. The only option is if she decides "not to press charges". Also she can (and will) sue him for injuries, which is a civil case, which can be "settled".

Not pressing charges = settle the matter out of court. In some other justice systems the prossecution wouldn't allow the charges to be dropped, in Thailand they do.

Gawd..................🤔

You forgot, was she on public land and get kicked by a Mr. Angry that didn't know the boundary of the place he rents..............?  :ermm:

The village and land is private where the beach is public.
Is it ok if she trespassed through the village and a private house?

Anyways, no injuries done. The case is overblown by a mile or two.

We settled it in the cop station with money and everyone went home. No lawyers, or court dates or judges.

"In the cop station" is a key point. Yes.

"Bribe," so upsetting to our experts, appears to be the usual clickbait. The article says she merely says a "large sum of money." She and her father went on to say they wouldn't accept money to drop the case.

Her issue at the moment is not the monetary offer but the section of the law proposed for the charges. She seems genuinely p*ssed off about what happened and wished to emphasize the fact.

The drama here emanates mostly from our posters, however.

🤣..............Are you a Swiss bloke, by any chance.....?.......🤣

possible solutions you are mentioning.

Nope, not Swiss, but should he be kicked out based on this small incident with no injury? Nothing has been mentioned about corruption in his businesses?

Is it ok to question how the victim/poor Doctor and her friend went from A to B?

1. Is her father/family an owner/tenant in Cape Yamu village? = she has legal access from A to B by feet.

2. Did she trespass security + walked through a private villa to get to this very important public beach?

3. Did she drive/walk 4km and then walked 1.5km along the beach after dinner to gain legal access?

4. By boat?

To me it seems like she has a very long nose and might have interest in how the super-rich live in a private village, though with a public beach. (which is not easily accessible).

You're asking good questions, but the image means nothing, just a bunch of coloured lines on a photograph.

Red is private roads inside the village. And even if you get inside there are no access to north/west public beach.

Are you suggesting that there is, or is not, alleged corruption and what has it got to do with the assault in any case?

Has any of his businesses been charged of anything? I don't think so, but they have been heavily inspected the past month.
