Info concerning calling a UK 0800 number with AIS sim card?
No need for the prefix if you are going to pay full price. Just +44 in that case. In any case it's a hefty 18 baht per minute plus VAT, as compared to between 5 & 7 baht plus VAT via 003 I know that, but if "+" gets the call through while "003" doesn't, that's all that matters in the context of the OP's thread. -
