you mean USA right... invade or at war with almost every arab country and pushed millions of muslims into europe making it less liveable by the day

Yes the USA and the Cabal also have a lot to answer for, especially in the Middle East but that doesnt make the current status quo in Eastern Europe and Israel acceptable. Why do you think JFK was assassinated, he wanted to scale back global conflict and that didnt suit those elite that benefit from these wars yet most Americans are completely unaware of this. The CIA, MI6, Bush & Blair should be held accountable for the Iraq invasion on a knowing lie which totally destabilised the Middle East. CIA created al qaeda, Isis and so on yet it back fired on them & Putin needs to be hobbled at the neck!

Its a very sad world we live in full of egotistical selfish people who gain enormous wealth at the expense of the masses, Thailand included!

Starting May 1st, Russians can enjoy a 60-day visa exemption, but this is shorter than before, replacing the previous 90-day programme set to conclude at April’s end.

That looks like a half-baked mess.

Aren't most Russians that come to Thailand couples? They fill up the 29sqm condo, spend a little money(x2), and keep very quiet.

Judging by comments on that topic "Thai tourism sector proposes 300-baht tax to counter over-tourism" you aren't alone in incorrectly assuming that the intention is to lower tourist numbers.

Just another clever Thaiger headline to generate a lot of comments.

Since you asked, here are the key points of that topic:

'major tourist destinations like Phuket, Samui, and Pattaya are on the brink of over-tourism'

'..a key strategy could be to divert tourists from these hubs to the country’s secondary cities.'

'The additional revenue could be used to develop infrastructure in second-tier provinces, attract tourists away from overcrowded locations, and enhance attractions that have deteriorated due to over-tourism'

So they want to tax tourists to raise revenue to build things that they can come and look at...

Now I get it

Does your country offer Visa free entry to Thais yet?

I don't think so, or at least not yet. But Thais are allowed to own property and companies, which isn't the case for westerners in Thailand.

here here..Trump killed a million Americans with his covid lies! Negligent homicide

So ..... you lied.

CDC data indicates there were 385,443 U.S. deaths attributing COVID-19 as an underlying or contributing cause on death certificates in 2020.

By contrast, there were 446,197 U.S. deaths attributed to COVID-19 on death certificates in 2021, as of Jan. 12.

It will be a great day when this is extended to Europeans, Brits, OZ, NZ, and the Americas but hopefully it will be for 90 days anytime during the year.

ALL visa exemption into Thailand should be under a Bilateral Agreement with reciprocity for Thai nationals.

My wife has had to pay out 10K baht in order to leave the country for UK and Europe yet some Brits and Europeans, along with others, think they can traverse the globe unimpeded with their better than thou attitude. They come to Thailand with 30 days for free and low cost option to extend, they try and circumvent the scheme regulations then start whinging at the suggestion of a 300 baht tourist tax,  quite unbelievable.

This decision followed an incident at a nightclub called The Sarayka Lounge, where locals were banned from entering with a sign that read “Face Control: White.”

Why would locals be banned if they are innocent and it's the foreigners who are the ones making all the trouble?

Bizarre simple minded post.

The fascist Z Russian government is indeed extremely anti LGBT (dictatorships need scapegoats) but definitely not anti-war.

Hi Jing Ting!

Lengthy posts are generally not liked by the boomer crowd, so I keep it simple and easily consumable! 🙂

You are actually kinda half wrong about 'dictatorships need scapegoats'. Correct would be: Homogeneous (in this case White) societies need scapegoats to strengthen cohesion. This has been brainwashed out of our Western/White brains for the safety of the you know who. 😅

Sounds like Pattaya under German occupation late 90-s.

Kartoffelen Salatten everywhere, fattsos with their LBFMs and very arrogant behavior.

Now that happened with Phuket under Russians?

Well, they come in waves )
