Can't say I'll miss it - mainly negative that brings out the hostility of many posters on here.

I do admit that I used to read some of it, but often regretted it.

False alarm – it’s now under Thailand News rather than within Local Forums.

Bob, you are clearly at the head of the queue.

The Phuket News forum is here:

Thanks for that metisdead, and I did find the news by accident. My point is that I used to access this website on my PC with the link https://aseannow.com/forum/31-phuket/ and the news was at the top of the page above the forum listing, but it is no longer there.

Not the end of the world as I can simply add another shortcut, but it does seem like a backwards step.

Yes, the local news forums used to in the local forum header.  It appears that there has been a forum restructure.

Moving to the Forum Support Desk.

Someone's been tinkering with the structure which has worked fine for years.  Yawn!

Can't find DIY and Electrical sub forums and whatever else used to be about there now if someone can point me in the right direction?

OK.  Found them under "Property and Finance".

Can someone tell the new owners or whoever is behind this to bog off?

Is good advice for them. Likewise thought  the DIY forum is hard to find. Whoever decided that people wanting to read the Thai news  should need to trawl through all the local news headings to go from one page to another has strange logic. Realistically the only local news relevant to anybody is the one where you live while the Thai news is relevant to the whole forum so why hide it among the local news.

It’s my mistake and we will fix it tomorrow Sunday. Sorry for this! 🙏

Cheers!
