Make sure you do your research. I've been looking into this myself, and I think many of the options here are old school techniques. Yes, it's cheaper in Thailand, but you get what you pay for. Check it out carefully.

Check out Yanhee Hosital web page, they are well regarded for plastic surgery and their prices on common procedures listed in their web page

I think Yanhee is the leading hospital for plastic surgery here in Thailand cuz most of the pretty (gals) got their BEAUTY there!
