Tod Daniels Posted Monday at 09:02 AM Share Posted Monday at 09:02 AM You can indeed, You need to GO out to Chaengwattana to Section C-1 and get the hand out listing the requirements for the 90 day Non-O visa for the reason you want to get it (retirement/marriage to a thai) You also need a minimum of 15 days left on your current stamp (30 day visa exempt or 30 day extension on that) to apply because of the "under review" period You get the documentation together, you go apply, pay the 2000baht, get a receipt that has a date stamped 2 weeks out.
