1 month extension possible for non O based on marriage ?

Hi, i have a non O based on marriage. I'm supposed to extend it in September. Problem, my wife has to take care her mum living far away on this month. Is it possible to obtain an extension of 1 month at the immigration without my wife ? If we can do it, she will come back on october and we will go together to the immigration office to apply for the 1 year extension.

You can get a 60 day extension.

Pretty sure your Wife has to be with you.

No.

You can obtain 60 day extension to visit wife. Your wife would need to attend.

you can apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife, as long as you haven't had one since your last entry excluding re-entry permit entry, wife has to be with you

you can apply for your yearly extension up to 30 days early, so in august some time maybe
