steph83
Hi, i have a non O based on marriage. I'm supposed to extend it in September. Problem, my wife has to take care her mum living far away on this month. Is it possible to obtain an extension of 1 month at the immigration without my wife ? If we can do it, she will come back on october and we will go together to the immigration office to apply for the 1 year extension. Cheers ! If No. You can obtain 60 day extension to visit wife. Your wife would need to attend. https://aseannow.com/topic/1313692-question-about-60-day-extension-of-stay-based-on-marriage/
