Jomtien Immigration - Afternoon Application

Hi, is it usually okay to arrive at Jomtien Immigration in the afternoon to apply for a 30-day visa Extension?

 

Reason I ask, I've been to a couple offices in the past that will occasionally stop issuing queue numbers in the afternoon long before they shut down for the day.

I've seen certain windows stop receiving new applications after 3, sometimes 3:30pm.

I usually arrive at 1:30 pm, just past lunch break for whatever I have to do and have never failed to complete the task except for things requiring next day pick-up.

Apart from afternoon be aware that at one stage recently folk attending Jomitien for 30 day extension say 10 days prior to expiry were sent away and told come back when less days remaining.

Hopefully someone may update current state of play.

Yes it's ok and usually a good idea. Just get there before 3pm.
