Car recommendations
They look good but would a veloz be better? What about resale value? Would Toyota be easier to sell down the road? I think they're all pretty much the same (Veloz, Xpander, BR-V etc). I've always thought basic Toyotas are the most boring of Japanese cars so I'd choose Xpander over Veloz just because etc. Toyota might be marginally easier to sell but it all comes down to asking price and local obsession with km on the clock. I'd guess if you bought a Veloz/Xpander new now for say 900K, in three years you'd probably be able to sell it privately quite easily for around 600-650, especially if low km. If you want a bigger car then I'd look at Isuzu Mu-X. I like the styling and they're big comfortable cars. Plenty of the smaller engine 2WD ones for around 900K, couple of years old. The 3.0L AWD ones run about 1-1.1 million or so at that age (they're now about 1.7 new I think). Here are some of the 2WD ones on One2Car - top one says it's only 8,xxx km and still has a couple years of official 3-year warranty. -

Another tripping RCCB
This morning I decided to open all the MCB's on the same circuit as the RCCB in the main house, then went to the MQ and closed all MCB's there. Following that I opened the RCCB and it didn't trip. Next I closed all the MCB's on the circuit, and it still didn't trip. Now I went to the MQ and opened all lights - fans and the outside floodlights, still no tripping. At that moment it started raining and the brown outs started, so had to stop testing. Will update tomorrow. -

Harris mingled with Tehran regime operative who promotes terrorism
Sorry I have a life, swimming pool, iced coffee, bong rips, shopping for fresh veggies for dinner. Whatever placeholder says is based on things that dont concern him and stuff he knows nothing about. -

Honeymoon Period Over for Kamala Harris Polls Show Tight Race
“ beg to differ California has the 5th largest economy on the planet wonderful weather beautiful lands the property values are through the roof.that being said it’s over taxed“ You failed to include the largest homeless population in America. Liberal Democrat policies have turned major cities into cesspools. Plenty of adult education classes too where you can retake a grammar class and learn about paragraphs. -

Harris mingled with Tehran regime operative who promotes terrorism
Again, go report, you have indicated support for terrorism over and over again. So whatever you post is BS She, as usual, called for a cease fire. And a teleprompter statement. -

Sending food back to the kitchen?
The problem with the adjustment, is that they change the flavor spectrum to suite a broader amount of diners, as they otherwise would be considered serving to spicy food. Everything else they adjust, only serves a positive purpose for the diners. As serving a full table at the same time is standard and culinary norm internationally seen, you should not need to ask for that. You should be granted such respect automatically. After that, you just take all other points and make them disappear. As I said, you would not answer. And this has nothing to do with farang rules. If so, do you also agree with below: Thais do not have to drive careful to lower the astronomical death toll on the roads. There is no need to fight corruption as that´s a part of the culture. Freedom of speech is not necessary, as this is a part of Asia and it should be like that. -

Coming to Thailand
Happens to me as well. Both my 10-year passports need renewing after about 7 years as they are full because I travel a lot. But none of my passports show that I have stayed in Thailand continuously on visa-exempt entries + extensions for up to 6 months like the OP has done. My point is how can anyone claim to have needed a new passport because it was full when they've been spending up to 6-months each year in Thailand on visa-exempt entries and extensions? For a passport to fill up before its expiration date, it needs visas and entry and exit stamps. You need to be traveling a lot to fill up a passport. Moot point anyway. Regardless of the newness of the passport, the visitors 'priors' are all on file. -
