As you reject both experts and fact checks, I will prove it's a bullet and calculate its rotation rate and barrel grove specifications matching it to an AR-15 type rifle. I use an enhanced image of the bullet's path that shows periodic bright spots of light reflected from the bullet's rifling marks.  Barrels have rifling groves to spin bullets at a fixed number of rotations per inch. These leave flat groves in bullets which can reflect sunlight.

 

AR-15 specs
Muzzle velocity >3250 fps
Velocity at podium ~3000 fps or slightly less.
No. of rifling groves in barrel: 6 in 1 rotation or 360°
Rotation rate: 1 rotation per 9 inches. 

So a bullet rotates once per 9 inches and a new grove can be seen every 9"/6 = 1.5" of flight or 6 groves every 9".

If a camera's shutter speed is 1/3000, it will take 3000 frames/sec and a 3000 fps bullet will travel 1 foot or 12" in 1 frame.

It is important to note that the kinetic energy of a projectile, such as you have imaged here, is proportional to the SQUARE of the velocity of the projectile.

This is key.

The bullet that grazed Trump's ear was travelling at about 3000 fps.

This is far faster than one of those .22 LR cartridges that you also imaged.

And then, since the energy is rises with the SQUARE of the the velocity, this is why the AR15 is so dangerous and lethal.

 

This is why I would have chosen the 460 Weatherby Magnum, if I were hunting an elephant.

Trump was convicted, in his first criminal trial,  for crimes he committed before he was PresidenT on the basis of documents and testimony from his own businesses, his own associates and people he himself employed.

 

The evidence against him came entirely from ‘Trump world’.

 

Trump’s criminal conviction was indeed the first against a former President of the U.S., just one more point of shame in his sordid life. 
It won’t be he last conviction.

 

There will be no prosecution of Biden as he hasn’t committed any crimes.
