Thai Tax Laws for Expats: the Practical Implications versus the Realities
Well our views are actually pretty close. Of course retirement extensions can never bring residence security. I'm also big on plan b and plan c and plan d. Happy travels. -

Thank God the burning has stopped......
People often talk about the paradise of living in a rural Thai village amongst nature, a quiet easy life, blah, blah, blah. But in reality they burn all their garbage all year round, including anything toxic, like plastic, petrochemical, and anything that grows out of the ground. Oh, the bliss! -

Southport Killer Sentenced to Minimum of 52 Years for 'Pure Evil' Murders
Farage is trying to put a stop to all the political cover ups. He should be applauded for that. We (the UK / West) have a fast growing community of immigrants from countries and cultures that have a high number of young males full of hate for us, and in particular a loathing/disdain for young white girls. Not many politicians are brave enough to talk about it. And those on the left are just like lobsters in a pot of warming water. By the time they realise what's truly happening it'll be too late. -

The LAST-MINUTE Pardons For The Biden Crime Family
I don't think the Biden crime family members listed on the pardons can be prosecuted for ANY crimes dating back to Jan 2014 (when VP Biden was appointed Obama's point man on Ukraine corruption and Hunter joined Burisma BoD and starting receiving payments) and right up to Jan 19, 2025 as per the clemency/pardon issued by Biden. (see attached). They can be subpoenaed though and compelled to testify and held in contempt if they refuse to comply with a congressional subpoena. Curious part is that Biden did not issue himself a pardon which may be unconstitutional perhaps but his family is now shielded with immunity BUT NOT Biden who can still be prosecuted for any crimes he may have committed as a senator and VP and for any violations, or illegal "unofficial acts" as POTUS.- 1
