Putin can’t stop the war
Not only the headline, but every single word shows just how brilliantly the media have distorted reality — and how wonderfully lost their readers are, stumbling around in the dark! Meanwhile, the Russian army is practically turning people away , so many volunteers want to fight. Ukraine, on the other hand, is signing decrees to drag 18-year-olds to the front lines, and if they refuse? Well, no problem, they’re arrested and gently forced to go. Crimea? Already Russian. The Donbas oblasts, Donetsk and Luhansk are three-quarters Russian now. So much so that even President Trump, who had other ideas before entering the White House, now gets it: Ukraine has lost the war it started in 2014 and will eventually have to accept whatever terms the Kremlin decides to hand down. Every time Zelensky throws a tantrum — just like when he rejected the Minsk and Istanbul agreements — Ukraine loses more territory. That’s the reality. The only one. -

Do you still read books?
I’m about to leave my library behind, to begin the autumn of my life. It’s painful to let go of the books—the pages filled with distant worlds and quiet thoughts. But who needs pages, when life speaks first? Here in my village, I’ve learned to sleep beneath the loudspeakers of our phu yaa baan—the village headman. (ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน) Every morning, before the first light settles on the rice fields, his voice fills the air. Lost cattle, community announcements, wedding invitations, and warnings roll through the tin roof above my head. And before the announcements begin, there’s always his favorite morlam—the soulful traditional Isaan folk music, echoing through the village like a heartbeat. It’s not the silence of a library, but a living story—raw, loud, and unfiltered allowing my tired eyes to get their deserved rest. Life reads itself aloud here, in a language older than words on paper. No bookmark needed. -

Is covid a hoax
The masks you see people wearing, i.e. disposable medical masks, do absolutely nothing in protecting from PM 2.5. Same as "protection" from covid. -

Do you still read books?
when i take holiday, I usually bring a book with me that I have downloaded as an Ebook and printed at home and made into a book style. otherwise I use Ebooks and sometimes use the text to voice option to read whilst I read along with it. I have thousands of Ebooks downloaded and never lack finding something I want to read.
