90 Day Report by Mail

I am looking for advice as this is the first time I will have done my 90-day report by registered mail (Non-O retirement, Bangkok).    I am confused about whether I need to post this more than 15 days out or within the 15 day lead-up to the due date for the 90 day report?   The immigration site ( https://www.immigration.go.th/?page_id=1666 ) is not clear "Send the mail before the renewal date 15 days to Immigration Checkpoint in local area...."

Post it 15 days prior to due date.

I use a B4 envelope and a folded B4 inside for return.
