Apartments Near Ramkhamhaeng University

Looks like I'll end up studying at Ramkhamhaeng University soon. So, was wondering if anyone knows of any apartment near the university.

Nice to have:

Internet access or will allow me to get internet put in

around 10,000 baht per month

assigned parking space

swimming pool

walking distance to school

Well.....if I have to, I'm willing to spend a little more for a better place.
