Today I met the first farang returning home because of exchange rate
43 isn't a bad rate over the last few years. The last time I remember the rate being quite healthy was around Jan 2016 when I got 54.7 baht to the £. Ah, those were the days. -

I appreciate both your comments, however taking too much medication cannot be good for the kidneys surely, and don't like the idea of taking pills for the next 20 odd years if i'm lucky enough to live that long. Another issue is just who do you believe, a couple of hours on Google/You Tube can leave your head spinning, some say cholesterol is a killer others will say what your worrying about. -

This is so true I have a friend that is an anti-trumper to the core He is so out of control in his mind that you could show him the dismissal of a legal case and he would somehow deny it As I mentioned numerous times before there is absolutely zero discussion about Trump policy on this forum. It's just a bunch of women yelling. I think they should just get more cows and keep themselves more busy -

Yes, eventually he resigned because the BBC was too cowardly to sack him even after he brought them into disrepute. But not after claiming his salary for months on end. They probably didn't think it was a big deal. Just another one to add to the long list of child abusers that worked there. They've "requested" the salary be repaid. I won't hold my breath. -

Many years ago Mark Twain said, "There are lies, and there are damn lies and then there are statistics" or words similar to that. When looking at a poll, you have to look at what was really asked and of whom. In this particular poll All Potential Voters were asked how they felt about Swift's endorsement. Naturally, the voters who were already favoring Trump gave one answer and the voters who already favored Harris gave another. The Poll did not ask if Swift's endorsement made them change from Trump to Harris or vice versa. Celebrity endorsements rarely have much of an impact on how people vote, and I think that this will be the case in this instance.
