I can confirm that you can apply any of their prepaid packs, most of which are far better than the one you quoted, I use 99GB full speed 30 days inc. calls, 319 baht + VAT.

As I wrote, that is in their blurb but likely you can apply others. I suggested another in the post above this one.

I don't see calls included in your suggested package. Any network calls or just True/DTAC?

  • For a capped package, https://www.gomo.th/package GoMo is cheaper. 259 baht for 15 Mbps. AIS sub brand. 99 baht for SIM.

  • You need unlimited if you are one of the zombies you see every day. Face intently looing at the screen for the entire time they are awake. Normal people dont need it though.

  • Is this the normal behaviour here? Where someone asks for help, but people like yourself post only unhelpful and insulting comments towards them? Why would you do that? It's their primary gateway

It's not that one.  Its 319+VAT.  Its 99GB full speed data, 30 days plus 99 minutes calls any network.

My point being that the OP will have lost the unlimited data component. If 99 or 100GB is enough, he could buy that package in the first place and save himself 800 baht.

An update on our AIS sim cards for my wife and me. Im not there at the moment, but the last month or 3 weeks, it seems they hav limited our quality or speed, so now we are back at the same problem we had before with True and Dtac, but we had good speed up longer with AIS, than any other company.

Since I only need data sim for my phone, is there any good solutions for data sim only? and where to buy ?  will need sim tomorow after I arrive Airport

I doubt they have limited anything. Best to call them and get them to fix it, especially as you didn't bother to check out any alternatives when you had the opportunity.

Sometimes it's just a simple matter of your router utilising another LTE band without your knowledge. Switch back to the one that was fast and all back to normal. But not every router allows manual switching. Is it in a phone or router?

I use only phone, and why I did not check any other alternatives was because AIS came out with the best coverage in our area, and they did actually deliver the first two months. My wife have the same, so we have the same problem now.

I discussed having a back up at the time.

Get your wife to call them. 1175. Also ask her to run a Test My speed test and report back, so we can gauge the problem.
