Climate Protesters Target van Gogh’s ‘Sunflowers’ in New Act of Vandalism
I guess they learned that super glue can be too painful. The German police sorted out those idiots that glued themselves to the roads. -

Proposal Needed for Legal Revisions to Foreign Land Leases
Finance Permanent Secretary Lavaron Sangsnit might be interested to know, what happens in other places. In Thailand they chicken around with leases, no property to non-Thais and all the rannygazoo, being afraid that those alien might roll up property, pack it into a suitcase and disappear into the dark of the night. All the while, Tos Chirathivat, CEO of the mighty Central Group, bought yet another supermarket chain in Switzerland, Globus, with a huge plot of land on Switzerland's most expensive road, the Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich. The deal benefits of the very strong Thai Baht and the transaction is valued at something between 37 and 40 billion (not million) Thai Baht; Central became the sole owner of this prime property, no strings attached. Maybe Thailand's economy in the real estate sector might inch out of its medieval mindset and modernise its property laws and ownership concepts to the 21st century of a globalized world 😉 -

Feel sorry for AN posters who bought electric
I bought a Vios about 10 years ago, cost me 600k baht. Zero problems on it over the full 10 years, only did about 22,000 km total, couple of scratches, good for a few more years I think When I'm done with it I'll pop down to Toyota and order a new one then just toss the old one out like the disposable tool it is.- 1

TM30 - New website address for filing notifications and registration
I found myself in a predicament when doing my online 90 Day Report on Saturday, it was rejected: Dear XXXX XXXXXXXX, Your application for "STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS" has been rejected. For first-time requests of a 90-day notification in each country visit, in-person presentation at the immigration office is required. Today I went to Chaeng Wattana to do my 90 Day Report in person and succeeded, however, this was stamped on my 90 Day Receipt: Please update your notification of residence For foreigner (TM.30) and bring it to your next notification. Thank you. I returned from the USA on July 10. I have pretty much ignored the TM.30 since 2019 as I have went with the "if you leave the country and return to the same address where you had previously submitted a TM30, then you do NOT need to submit one again." When I got home today, tried to go to the TM.30 site and couldn't get into the site like others have mentioned previously in this topic. I am glad I found this topic, got a lot of homework to do as it looks like this TM.30 filing will cancel out the online 90 Day Report function. -

Fair enough, I've never had such a card myself. Great to hear that the option exists. -

OP by the time you've posted and replied to everyone on here, you could have renewed your tax at the local office.
