It would be wonderful if Thaksin and his cronies would be removed from politics.

But it seems in the moment he still has too much power and too many people who support him.

But that situation can certainly change over time...

Thaksin doesn't need support from many people. One is enough...

When queried about specific actions included in his complaint, Thirayut confirmed that the controversial August 14 meeting at Thaksin’s Bangkok mansion—where coalition partners deliberated forming a new government—was among them. He expressed confidence in his case.

“I have witnesses ready to testify against the two defendants.”

Thirayut’s decision to approach the Constitutional Court directly stemmed from the lack of action following his previous complaint to the Office of the Attorney-General on September 24,

Thaksin thought he was fire-proof and could do as he wishes... knives are out for him.

This latest move echoes a previous complaint by Thirayut that led to the dissolution of the Move Forward Party in August, with the court ruling that it had violated the Constitution by seeking to amend Article 112 of the Criminal Code, known as the lese majeste law.

There is no fairness within the thai political system .

MFP was dissolved because of 112 .

Thaksin , the dealmaker , will not be considered a threat to the monarchy , and has nothing to fear .

The CC is not independant , and their rulings will be biased .

Just a nod or a wink from the right place either for or against is all it takes.
