Pretty wide paint brush you have there dude. "They are prone", BS, there are nutters everywhere, and very few do this. Lets cut the hyperbole and post facts not fiction.

Oh boy, you are lacking a sense of humor. I was responding to a tongue in cheek reply with another tongue in cheek response, and you are getting all serious on me with paintbrushes being too wide. Of course, sarcasm has wide brushes. Are you suffering from MDD? Lighten up.!

You will find a lot of apartments, Condos etc do not take foreigners because of the immigration paperwork/reporting on their behalf. They just don't want the hassle.

How do hotels do the TM30 for different guests every day? They do it online, exactly like I did for me via my GFs email address.

Even if it is legal or not  why would you want to stay at a place that clearly doesn't want you ?

I hear you but I like/love to be in Thailand...

One condominium is not "Thailand", there's plenty of other condos.

Thai men don’t take whores home. That is what short time rooms and short time curtain hotels are for.

Back to the OP, things have been a lot harder in Bangkok for us since that fat Brit took a dump in the street and then washed himself in the spirit house pond completely stark naked.

Us Brits used to be known as from the “Land of the Gentleman” in Thailand, but he wrecked it for us all.

That 'fat Brit' was German, idiot.

I'm looking to rent a nice condo. I found one but;

"Bangpu Condo ( not accepting foreigners )"

4.5 stars out of Bangpoo, Samut Prakan, Thailand - See map

***** We do not accept foreign customers. ******

Legal information

This property is managed by a private host. EU law relating to professional hosts may not apply here.

Just Sue them ....   what could possibly go wrong .. 🤣

Why would EU laws apply in Thailand?

Anyway, our condo just announced new rules that were agreed on a couple of months ago. You can see some additional requirements for foreigners, which force (rightfully) the owner of the unit to deal with immigration. Had I been renting out, I'd certainly want to avoid that hassle and would not consider foreigner as a tenant.

On the "plus" side - the part of reporting unregistered tenants to police for trespassing has now been removed, and replaced with blanket "Prohibition of Short-term Rentals" part.

Our condo enforces the rules far more stringently than our neighbours. That's how they enforce "No pet" policy... Meow...

So would it be legal for a condo owned by lets say an American, USA, who wanted rent it out, to state, NO RUSSIANS, or NO CHINESE!

I don't see why not, but I wouldn't recommend doing it in the UK. where it would be illegal. But there is no need to state your preferences publicly.  Simply don't accept them as tenants no need to explain why

All forms of discrimination are perfectly legal in Thailand. Discrimination against foreigners is practically written into the constitution. Why would anyone think otherwise?

As is only right and proper,  The uk authorities could learn a lot from the Thais regarding immigration

And this pertains to my post, how?

If you are sking how did I do the TM30...I registered on Immigration website using my GFs email, ID number and phone no. Filled in my own details, sent it off, and it was done, over five years ago. Since then the paper in my Passport was getting a bit tatty, so last time I did Extension, the IO printed me a new one.

I have done at least one trip abroad per year since then, and stayed at many hotels down in Pattaya or up in Chiang Mai, never been asked to re-register my TM30.

You will not love Thailand if you go places you are clearly not wanted. The condo office clearly says they don’t want you. Some Thai only bars and clubs don’t want us. Move on to a place in condo Thailand that does want you.

I got one at BTS On Nut.

If that doesn't work out I try Soi Cowboy... I saw video - they are very welcoming there.
