I agree with Susan Rice as well. An inept government is the greatest threat to the USA. A government that does not work is bound to fail. Trump is mentally ill and proves it every time he opens his mouth. He's dangerous for many reasons, but his disregard for facts and sound advice are qualities that bring down governments.
