I saw this construction of a plastic straw and (it seems) some cigarette box paper in a bathroom.

Is this something people use for taking drugs?

If yes, which drugs?

Or is this something completely harmless?

whatever its used for it looks relatively harmless

I have no idea.

As far as I know it would be easy to sniff white powder without a construction like that.

Used to inhale 'cooked' drugs.   DIY crack pipe ...

 

Cook the drugs on non flammable surface (tin foil) and use straw to inhale the fumes.

YaBa in crystal form (ice), and just kicks in almost instantly.  YaBa vs cocaine (crack) in TH, at a guess.

 

If snorting meth or coke, you just use a bank note, and no need to complicate the process.  Not a single use plastic straw, as not eco friendly and you don't want microplastics in your body, as just too harmful
