But I think something fishy is going on, because it's not a rocket science for even most lazy police to take a truck and go pick this garbage up when it appears, there is cctv everywhere and generally Thai people know everything about everyone, just instruct 7eleven employees and taxi drivers to report and it's even more easy, patrolling the streets every night is also know how they can invent. Why they are not doing it is mystery, cannot be corruption, maybe they are scared of ghosts at evening or something else ..
