Where's Harris' Concession speech?: Honey, I have a headache....

There was no insurrection.  Protest, riot at the worst.

But no insurrection

The Dems will not encourage insurrection. Instead they will take a better proven route. Influence the media and the courts to find ways to attack Trump as they did before. Use everything he says and does and turn it into something bad or worse than it was intended.. Twist all of Trumps verbatim into something evil or racist or some other bad thing..

Already Harris is encouraging some of these things for the Dems to begin doing.

Harris may have been ending her campaign against Trump, but her concession outlined the contours of future fights against the president-elect.

“We will continue to wage this fight in the voting booth, in the courts and in the public square,” Harris said, a nod to the work Democrats are poised to do in the next four years.

She was just so obviously not cut out for it.

One thing to dream an unrealistic dream.

And, another thing to actually act on what she should have known was an impossibility.

It wasn't a whatever. It was a whoever. She was convinced by her peers and her controllers in the Dem party that she could win based on her being of another race and a woman and of peoples hate for Trump. That much was easy to see. She had no political plans or thoughts of her own.

On another note from the OPs question...

Harris not only waited to concede..

But she refused to thank her supporters when she finally knew she lost the election. Instead she walked out of her own party. Shameful and disgraceful woman who cared nothing of all the effort her supporters put in to get her as far as they did in the election.

She has made a concession speech filled with the same word garbage as all her other speeches. Looked like she had been crying all night which would explain her absence last night.

Harris and HRC can now have coffee mornings with The View members and Michelle where they can cry together.

I haven't been this cheerful since this day 2016. Is it wrong to be so cheerful when so many are sobbing into their hankies?

You may be cheerful, as you say.

However, I would hardly call you charitable, in any way.

Shame on you, Sir!

Now, let's all remember these important words of caution:

Humble in Victory

Gracious in Defeat

Like Hillary and Biden creating hoaxes and fomenting lawfare? Will Biden pardon Trump and the political prisoners?

I read that Jack Smith is resigning and dropping the DOJ cases. Heh. But there're still the NY pests to deal with. The voters have weighed in on those, too.

"Reject any and every call for “unity” or “peace” today from communists. It’s a tactic to use your good nature against you." It's about like making peace with Hamas while they build tunnels, stock up on rockets and armaments, and prepare for your ultimate annihilation.

Steve Bannon's out and ready to fight.

No, savor the victory. Let's enjoy some fine meltdowns. Good laughs. [You may have to login to X.com to see these vids. But X is great now that Musk purged it of leftists and the regime's censorship. Recommended.]

Dear Folks,

Not sure why Harris has decided to forego a timely concession speech.

Still, I think some Americans may have heard enough talk from the Word-Salad candidate.

Do you feel sorry for Kamala?

I sort of do.

I often feel sorry for those who get tripped up, in the end, by their own Magical Thinking.

She was just so obviously not cut out for it.

One thing to dream an unrealistic dream.

And, another thing to actually act on what she should have known was an impossibility.

If I were she, I would have conceded immediately after the writing was on the wall.

But, I can also understand that....she had a headache, and preferred to go to sleep.

Thankfully, most of us, from now on, will not be forced to listen to so many incoherent sentences strung together.

This, in itself, will be a godsend for the American public, one and all.

Thank goodness that it's over now.

Best regards,

Gamma

Note4:  What a relief .....

Personally I'm quite happy if she just dissolves back into political obscurity and takes the doddering dementia patient with her.
We can leave the constant hate speech to the Left's main-stream media which spent 2016 to 2021, up until the present, spewing absolute vitriol at Trump and all American conservatives.  And worse, the Democrats led that chorus of hateful rhetoric from within the political and bureaucratic systems as well.  So much hate and divisiveness in these people.

I expect better from the Republicans and their conservative base, including MAGA supporters.  It's time to attempt to heal the divides of our nation, and that is not accomplished thought vindictive talk and action.  If crimes were committed over the last 4 years - prosecute those who committed crimes and were protected by a politicized DOJ, but do so without spewing hatred at the other half of the country. The rot within the Washington swamp needs to be excised this time around by the Trump administration. We conservatives do not need to drop to the level of progressives and liberal Democrats. There is no need to bad mouth average, liberal Americans most of whom like us are good people.  We need to pull America up by its boot-straps and make America a prosperous, affordable place to live once more.  And America for Americans, as well as those who are issued the visa and documentation to legally enter the US to seek their dreams with the rest of Americans.

As Grace Slick said on a morning when Jefferson Airplane took the stage at Woodstock in 1969: "It's a new dawn!"

Yeah - it's is a new dawn.

It’s really absurd when supporters of Trump accuse the other candidate of speaking “word salad”. Looks like we have four years ahead of Hannibal Lecter, windmills killing birds, solar panels killing rabbits, Haitians eating cats, and choosing between electrocution or death by shark. Also, the usual endless whining from the undeniably luckiest man in the world.

I can appreciate your sentiments about healing the divide and not spewing hate at the other side, but if that’s what you are expecting from the Trump/MAGA side , I wish you good luck. I’ve seen no evidence they are capable of it, or willing to do it.

Windmills have been killing birds for decades.  I used to walk among the wind generators in the Altamont Pass, CA and some of the surrounding area windfarms.   There were dead birds under them every time I was there.  That was back in the late 1980's up to the mid 1990's.   Then I moved out of California.

How many of the birds you saw were an endangered species? Darwin would possibly say they were the stupid ones.

I guess cooking ourselves with carbon dioxide emissions is a preferred option.

Perfectly acceptable to be cheerful.

Also, ecstatic.

And, relieved, too.

It is not extinction that worries anyone.

It is the RATE of extinction that is frightening.

You should see those windmill blades up close.  I don't know how long they are but I have read that the tip of those things are moving upwards of 150 miles per hour.   That is 220 feet per second, if I have done my math correctly.  Try dodging that when it comes out of no where!

If it were not for global warming, my house, here in Pennsylvania, could be underneath a very, very thick sheet of ice that covered Canada and the northern part of the United States about 10,000 to 15,000 years ago!!

Just making the point species adapt or die. There are  4 known species of humans that became extinct on the journey to homo sapiens. Maybe more science has not found yet,

10, 000 years ago was the last Ice Age. Humans were living with mild warming up until the Industrial Revolution, when for the first time in the Earth's history a species commenced altering the climate of the planet. We only got to a scientific consensus in the seventies. Since then, we have been kicking the can down the road, as the fossil fuel industry fights a rearguard action.

There's no doubt fossil fuels have been enormously beneficial for mankind. However, we have reached the point where we cannot afford to continue with them wholesale.

Incoherent sentences, well your orange man takes the  biscuit for that.

As stated before 350 million in the USA, and he is the best you can muster?

A proven liar, felon, misogynist ,racist, tax cheat, and draft dodger!

Good grief Charlie Brown.

At the moment she is mustering the troops for an attack on Capitol Hill, because that's what happens in the USA when you lose an election, isn't it?

China and Russia will now go from strength to strength.

The question is not relevant.

If your question is what changes might cause destruction of organized human existence...

Then, there are a few reasonable causes that come to mind.

You may not understand.

What turned the entire thing 180 degrees is seeing that JoeB and Harris, and the rest of the idiots at the WH...tried to pull a fast one.

They, in a real sense, scammed the public.

They put the US in danger through their scam.

I have a very low threshold for being scammed.

THIS is why I take such glee in seeing those scammers, incl Harris, fall.

Also, she has never been exposed to a real vetting in the democratic process, such as through primary election candidacy and competition.

She is NOT Fit.

But, she dreamed an unrealistic dream.

Now she is paying for her stupid move.

AND, all her doners are paying too.

The sooner we get a new pres in the WH, the better.

All of what you say may be true. However, IMO many Americans don't understand the ramifications of what they voted for.

No other intelligence agency in the world will share information with America. Not when Trump is purging experienced operatives, and appointing political sycophants.

No other country will put trust in anything your President says.

Expect property insurance premiums to skyrocket with a climate denier in charge.  Helene and Milton are just the beginning.

Americans may become party to a genocide in Ukraine.

Trump policies will benefit the rich. The poor who voted for him will find their Social Security and Medicare benefits reduced, and their purchasing power diminished by the inflationary effects of tax cuts and a tariff war.

You talk about scamming the public. It will be interesting to see how many people get thrown under the bus in the next 4 years.

IMO buyer's remorse won't take long.
