Does Trump now have to sell his shares in Truth Social?

No.

Will Trump still be on trial for his criminal cases? If convicted, will he be serving from jail?

Most of the cases were politically motivated. Now he's won I expect they will be quietly dropped. As POTUS he won't be tried till be retires, and by then he'll be so old what would be the point?

The only cases he may still face would be before he is sworn in and it will be a brave judge that agrees to preside on them.

It would be a political crisis if the POTUS was in home detention Trying to put him in jail along with his Secret Service details, meeting foreign dignitaries in jail, dealing with all the things a POTUS has to in jail would make the US a mockery.
