I looked at those flimsy Y shaped concrete supports - and wonder how easily they would fall down, let alone the road on top. And how good are the foundations. Here in Udon Thani they built a new flyover on the ring road, supports are much more massive. It was built to last. -

A new way to turn right at the intersection, Thai style?
looks to me as if the road and lane signage was obscured. THe Songthaew moved into the wrong lane clearly believing it was the r/h turn lane. The vehicle with the rear cam would also have obscured his view of the bollards at first. THe result was he tried to go down the wrong side of the dual carriageway. However it must be noted that their was a man with a red flag stationed at the junction - this would indicate that this was happeming a lot for some reason - to the point that they had to station a chap there. It's a pity there is no dash cam looking at the signage BEFORE the junction. -

Joe Pardons his Tax Evading, Gun Criminal son
Hunter Biden was found guilty, convicted. He has been pardoned. The pardon does not remove the conviction, or change the fact that he was found guilty. You can quite happily clutch your pearls and swoon because someone on the fringes of public life, and someone, whose family ties it is not entirely unreasonable to consider played a significant part in his sentencing, has been pardoned. Similarly, the January 6th crowd were either found guilty in a trial or pleaded guilty. Exactly the same will apply, they remain convicted, they remain guilty, they will have been pardoned. It can be argued, and I would argue, that the pardon of 1 person cannot really be compared in political significance and the integrity of the rule of law, to the mass blanket pardon of people convicted and sentenced for a wide variety of crimes on that January 6th. Better reserve that comparison for the inevitable pardons which will be issued to Mr Trump's cronies... -

The video below gives an excellent explanation of how the Nazis "sold" the Holocaust to the German people. The situation is eeriely similar to the concerted campaign to destroy Israel that Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah, various Muslim countries and support groups all over the world are carrying out today, especially through the U.N. and its agencies. I can see from some of the posts on AN that the new wave of antisemitism has won over converts. History is indeed repeating itself.- 1

K bank E-mail with Tax Forms attached ?
If I have a choice between deciding whether to follow rules, or, accepting the word of strangers in an anonymous social network forum that the rules wont be enforced hence I don't need to follow them, guess which one wins hands down.
