Same Province and Village and using my SCB debit card on GSB ATM machine

I have just noticed and have a new debit card and 2 SCB ATMs and it would not accept my card so I have been to GSB debit card just to be sure'
Yes concerned about losing my SCB debit card and continued to use the local GSB  and done 6 withdrawals since October 2024 and the last 2 GSB charging a 10 Baht fee and also appear to take another 10 Baht fee but not mentioned.
anyone else having this problem and I know out of province there can be a charge od 20 Baht
