Why would I make the effort to read up on DWP regulations......one, that sounds like a living nightmare, two, if you already know what the situation is just answer my question.......I don't understand why you are acting like a small lump of butter over this????

  • Maybe the UK government should stop treating it citizens like criminals, or second-class citizens, and start paying them their pensions unmolested.

The biggest fraud is implementing a system where the UK Government can treat its pensioners unfairly based on where they live even though they have all contributed the same.

When Payments Could Stop or Be Affected:

While it is unsanctionable, there are a few scenarios where the UK State Pension could be delayed or stopped:

• Fraud or Misrepresentation:

If a pensioner provides false information (e.g., incorrect residency details), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) can investigate and potentially suspend or reclaim overpaid pensions.

Not  read DWP regulations yet ?      You have not answered where you picked this piece from    by chance Pattaye Mail ?

" Could or be  affected" are the operative words..........Read non sanctionable/Disqualifying

No legal document is going to say "will be"......that is putting a noose around your neck.

Currently, around 500,000 British pensioners reside in countries with “frozen” pensions, and the DWP estimates that overpayments due to fraud exceed £100 million.

....whilst tax evasion and tax avoidance by the wealthy is estimated to be in excess of £4 billion.....!!!!!!

Nah only you want links, only you,   The full Monty is better read DWP regulations, that is, not the Pattaya Mail.

Now with the general implications of a disqualifying pension and indisputable Non -sanctionable to boot ,Id say check mate

But yes those on frozen it is a somewhat a bitter pill to swallow     CARRY ON and KEEP CALM  lol

Is there any chance you could return to this thread tomorrow when you're sober and answer questions in a coherent manner?

That page is from a pamphlet from DWP sent to me in Thailand, I have the full thing here, that bit I posted is one page, with the warning on.  🤗

Many name calling posts removed.

Please stop before I need to hand out warnings.

I called the DWP today and mentioned the OP,s topic on here and yes they are aware of it they said....however they advised me to take no notice whatsoever in his ramblings......they then went on to wish me and any other British expat pensioners here a very happy Xmas and prosperous New Year.....👍

What warning about what regarding State Pensions ONLY!

I suggest that once and for all you either put up or shut up!

I wish he was frozen out of the forum as he has yet to provide one piece of verifiable evidence that the STATE PENSION (no other credits/benefits/allowances etc) involved can be stopped.  Reduced to previous date yes but not stopped!

Imagining the financial loss over 10 to 13 years is staggering; it's overwhelming to even consider, sending shivers down my spine. If you report it, the oap will be frozen as of the date reported; if not, it remains unfrozen without sanctions.

I have never stated pension will be stopped, it can and does get reduced to a time and date, then you pay back the over payment, as I posted before regarding my chum.

VIDEOS have stated pension can be stopped whilst investigating...Please plug your brain in.

This is interesting.......https://www.gov.uk/government/news/new-laws-to-be-introduced-to-crack-down-on-fraud

The dots are lining up, jori123 has provided nothing from Gov sources, nothing, probably a weirdo hoping fiddlers get stuffed listening to him..🤔

You do NOT pay back any overpayment!

Provide proof from a DWP source, not your chum's so called statement, to PROVE your case!!!

"It follows a crackdown on thousands of people fraudulently claiming Universal Credit"

So nothing to do with state pension ......... again.

He totally ignores/fails to understand the difference between  any reference to State Pensions and other benefits etc.  It is just a scaremonger with no ability to understand facts!

It is also continuing to reference DWP notices regarding "forthcoming" legislation which was subsequently cancelled.  From the article; "Prime Minister setting out sweeping reforms of the welfare system last month, including a new bill in the next Parliament to tackle benefit fraud head-on"  Dated April 24!

The bill was never brought forward or passed due to the election.  We are still waiting for a potential new bill to replace it!

Nobody took it, he offered to pay it ....... if 'chummy' even exists.

Wondering about the date of your printed pages, this millennium?

You seem to have problems finding information relevant to this year, it's either outdated or a future fantasy!

Stop worrying BMT, in your case it is pointless, remember you said the UK police are looking for you, then a couple of days back you said you won in court.

You post nonsense, not to be believed, which you have also stated here..........😂
