Yingluck Must Follow Legal Protocols for Thailand Return, Says Minister

The possibility of former Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra returning to Thailand has been highlighted by Justice Minister Thawee Sodsong, following comments by her brother, Thaksin Shinawatra, also a former Prime Minister.
