Well it's up to you. I've already made my thoughts clear on that issue. Here's an interesting comment from The Nation:
'From 2024, motorcycle ABS will be mandatory in Thailand for all new models over 125 cc. - Roughly 25 percent of accidents involving motorized two-wheelers could be prevented by motorcycle ABS'.
The full article makes for interesting reading. the link is below. Keep safe out there.

Seriously? What about this?
"Phuket trash crisis to worsen as island’s lone incinerator to shut down for 1 month || Nov 20"
But maybe I am wrong and the garbage does not produce any carbon🤔
Possibly, but I meant over a longer period of time. Like a change in how people are behaving.
Thai people have always been fairly well known for not wanting to make a fuss or escalate things (less something bad happens to them), but is seems like this is changing.
When applying in Laos do you:
1 - List permanent address in Laos as your guesthouse and provide the booking
2 - List it as the western country you're from originally. Haven't lived there for over a decade. All I have to show is a drivers licence.
3 - Thai address. Current rental contract or tabian ban. I'm guessing this is a big no no even though for most people it is the truthful answer.
