So 1400 had no involment with drugs.... using or selling ?

I was!

They obviously did not have drugs on them but it does not mean that they were not indirectly involved.  Most probably involved in one way or the other as drivers, lookouts etc as I remember it!

In fact I rather doubt that an 'ordinary' prisoner' would have any chance / opportunity to discuss / negotiate such an option.

In other words thaksin just ignores the correct / legal way / regulations to handle this matter and decides 'I will do it my way'.

 

Can he do that?  Is his method legal? Can a member of the public just handle this as they want?

 

Or should the debt be handled strictly / only through an existing law / embedded regulation /  protocol?
