An incident occurred in the Nong Kang Kok subdistrict, Mueang district, Chonburi province, on November 27, when a 60-year-old man fell from a height of over six meters while repairing a warehouse roof. The man, identified as Mr. Thongmuan Pradubkham, tragically died at the scene.

Police Lieutenant Boonsita Hasin, Deputy Inspector of the Chonburi Police Station, received the report and immediately responded to the incident alongside Tri Khunatham rescue personnel.

Upon arrival, authorities found Mr. Thongmuan lying lifeless on the ground. His arms and legs were broken, and he was bleeding from the mouth. Despite rescue workers’ attempts to revive him with CPR, the injuries were too severe, and Mr. Thongmuan was pronounced dead.

Investigations revealed a large hole in the roof tiles of the six metre high warehouse. According to a coworker, Ms. Mint Pradubkham, Mr. Thongmuan had been attempting to repair the roof but accidentally stepped on a tile without metal reinforcement, causing it to break and leading to his fatal fall.

Police have launched an investigation, questioning witnesses and examining the scene further to proceed with legal measures.
