Biden would be doing the right thing with preemptive pardons. Kash Patel intends to go after anyone considered an "enemy" of Trump, including media figures.

Patel would need to have a case to go after them. Maybe that's why they need a pardon?

The insanity of not kicking the loser out of office immediately or the day after the election continues.

Agree. The lame duck should have no power to initiate or pass anything. This period should only be for government processes i.e. bills already in process etc. and for the President Elect to form their government..

This shows exactly your intellectual status. Jimmy Kimmel as a source. Still you do seem to believe that MSNBC is a news network.

Tell me which names were NOT pardoned by Trump that were quoted and commented on by Jimmy...........?   :clap2:

Hey, you can only protect your leader by going so far, as you will and do look daft..................🤭

Can you elucidate on these "retributions planned, boasted"? Be specific and do share it here for all to see.

There was a post a while back saying a pardon can only be granted if one has confessed or been found guilty.

That's never going to apply if they haven't even been accused of a crime.

Is this silly season?

Are the Dem's proving how bonkers they are?

I guess having attempted to use the Justice System to cancel Trump, they think they can bend the rules to suit themselves.

BTW, if they managed to do so, just imagine what Trump could do with preemptive pardons? If they could do so, then so can every president in the future.

Correct - you need to accept your are guilty before being pardoned. There are legal ramifications including the loss of the 5th Amendment right if you are pulled before a Congressional inquiry or Grand Jury.

The notion of pardoning a "phantom" crime would almost certainly end up at the Supreme Court. Before that happens, Hunter would need to be charged with a felony that occurred with the pardon period. SCOTUS wouldn't take it on until 2026 at the earliest, we'd maybe see a verdict in June that year, otherwise 2027.

Jack Smith is already being investigated for misconduct by the DOJ, it will be interesting to see if he is given a "phantom" pardon.

Liz Cheyney is facing possible jail, not for actually breaking the law,

So you say, have you bothered to check?

Stop listing to the "MSNBC's" and the other regime media liars. They distort facts for listeners such as you. If you are by some oddity NOT referring to Trump and this "planned retribution", you can clear this up right now.

Trumps revenge is "success"

This can be said about the current administration.

Does that mean they are guilty of a crime?

In the meantime, chew on this not unexpected revelation. Muppet Joe judged "worst president in modern memory...", worst than the nazi/fascist/hitler AKA 47th POTUS, AKA President Trump.

Imagine that, how much "sense" does that make with you. Maybe you should lay off the cracks.

Biden "...worst president..."

Congratulations, you get the thread’s Godwin award.

Why on earth would they be concerned if innocent? But of course preemptively blanket pardoning for the un-accused would only be necessary for criminals aware of their crimes.

Chris Wray & Garland will be gone , other top Doj & Fbi will have job reviews  by the Bondi/ Patel team !

Notes from investigations& interviews (FD 302’s)will be analyzed

from prior years .

Trump never had a team of loyalist or wingpeople heading up the Doj/ FBI ,

in his tenure.

That being said  ! It’s sure gonna be delicious watching the lefts media activist scurrying to spin accountability into retribution!

A new day in my country is coming, right soon!

That breaks the law.

"Trump's pick for FBI director has vowed to "come after" the media. But he also later emphasized to NBC News that his comments apply *only if people "broke the law."

The FBI under James Comey tried to overthrow Trumps presidency with a HRC fake Russia dossier the FBI KNEW WAS FAKE. That same FBI lied to the FISA court to illegally spy on President Trump and his campaign, that same FBI knew Hunters laptop was legitimate but called it "russian disinformation". Now do Kash Patels accomplishments, his acumen, etc and don't forget the AAG Award he received for investigating and prosecuting terrorists under the Obama administration.

*Link/NBC

Still many questions unresolved from

the Trumps last administration!

Wheres his declassified documents, that the Doj confiscated during his last

week in office.

Durham’s investigation neglected to

Investigate Mueller’s team of prosecutors!

This isn't about Trump as much as you want to divert the subject. Answer this question. Why is Fauci rumored the be on the list? Surly if he's not guilty of anything there's no problem. Same as the rest. Of course if you mention lawfare as a reason you may be on very thin ice. You can cite as much legacy media as you like but this will just reinforce your belonging to the sheeple population. I do understand that what I'm saying needs an intelligent argument in response but I'm just expecting your usual puerile emoji laden non-intellectual rubbish .

You are the one roaming in the flock of sheeple, old bean, not ONCE have you said ONE word against your hero Trump, not ONCE........

Which is very funny............😂

Why is that....?.......No waffle, why is that.............:cowboy:.............?
