Do you get on well with Thai People?
I would not say I have Thai friends. However, I do get on well with Thai people in general because I can speak their language, and am polite. I joke with them sometimes. It's easy to delight some Thais, just compliment them on their English when appropriate. Never fails. Thais that work for me, such as massage ladies and caddies, think I am jai dee. The caddies all refer to me as Santa Claus. I don't know if that's due to my beard, or the tips I give. -

Started walking for exercise, but.....
If you have access to a pool, deeper is better, then treading water, or swimming is excellent exercise. No impact on the joints. I had a pool at one house, mostly for just that. Half the pool was 2+m deep, the other half was 1+m deep with built in sitting area in the pool. Tread water for 15 mins or so is hell of a work out. Only a few months in cool season it wasn't usable. Walking is good, if impact is an issue, then cycling. Real deal or a stationary bike at home, for convenience, and in AC comfort if wanting. -

Britain’s Sharia Courts and the Challenge of Religious Freedom
Have you read the links I posted? The UK needs to take action now. I would point out that I have no time at all for Robinson, Reform or Farage but I repeat, the actions of these Sharia Courts plays directly into their hands.
